Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are issued only if the vendor cannot provide the service for a confirmed reservation. However, if the user cancels a reservation after the system has accepted it, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel 12-24 hours before the reservation time and have a booking for more than 10 people.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel between 6-12 hours before the reservation time for a booking of more than 10 people.

Refund Process:
Upon cancellation confirmation, we will initiate the refund process, and the refund will be processed through the original payment method used by the customer. Depending on the payment channel, refunds typically take 7-10 working days.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds will not be issued if cancellations are made less than 6 hours before the reservation time.
  • No refunds will be processed for reservations made for less than 10 people, except under exceptional circumstances.
  • The maximum refund processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Fraudulent Activity:
We reserve the right to cancel reservations, deactivate accounts, or issue refunds if fraudulent behavior or activity is suspected or detected.
