Reservation Policy
- Booking Time: Reservations for services should be made at least 2 days in advance, particularly for holidays and special occasions. Reservations are highly recommended for booking during weekends or peak seasons.
- Party Size and Advance Booking: The number of guests in your party will determine the advance payment required. A deposit or full payment may be required based on party size.
- Full Restaurant Booking: An additional charge may apply for full restaurant reservations. This will depend on the specific restaurant and event requirements.
- External Vendor Charges:If you opt for external vendors for services such as interior decoration or event planning, an extra charge may apply, which will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- Ensure that you arrive at the venue at the correct time. Late arrivals may result in service delays or cancellations.
- The user must adhere to the venue's policies regarding conduct, noise levels, and any other specific requirements for the booked event.
Cancellations and Modifications:
- If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so within the allowed time frame outlined in the Refund Policy section below.
- Any cancellations made after the system has accepted the reservation may incur penalties or charges.
Liabilities and Limitations :
- We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages due to booking or the services provided through the website.
- We reserve the right to cancel reservations in the case of fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Amendments to Terms :
- We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website. By continuing to use the site, you accept the modified terms.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the vendor cannot provide the service for a confirmed reservation. However, if the user cancels a reservation after the system has accepted it, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If you cancel 12-24 hours before the reservation time and have a booking for more than 10 people.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel between 6-12 hours before the reservation time for a booking of more than 10 people.
Refund Process:
Upon cancellation confirmation, we will initiate the refund process, and the refund will be processed through the original payment method used by the customer. Depending on the payment channel, refunds typically take 7-10 working days.
Exclusions:
- Refunds will not be issued if cancellations are made less than 6 hours before the reservation time.
- No refunds will be processed for reservations made for less than 10 people, except under exceptional circumstances.
- The maximum refund processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Fraudulent Activity:
We reserve the right to cancel reservations, deactivate accounts, or issue refunds if fraudulent behavior or activity is suspected or detected.
